A book trailer I produced for Susan Conley‘s new memoir, The Foremost Good Fortune. In The Foremost Good Fortune, Susan tells the story of living in Beijing, China for three years with her husband and two young boys. During their time there, Susan discovers she has breast cancer, and so the story—which set out to be a travelogue-family history—also becomes a meditation on battling the challenges of breast cancer in a foreign land. The trailer appears on the author’s website, on Amazon.com and Barnes & Noble, and was chosen as the trailer of the week by The Book Case, a well-respected literary site.

A thirty-five minute multimedia piece about the diverse communities of Biddeford, Maine. Produced in 2009 in collaboration with fellow Salt Institute grads and photographers Anna Schechter and Claire Houston for the nonprofit Heart of Biddeford and the Orton Family Foundation as part of Biddeford’s master town planning project.
A five-part mutimedia series for the Middlebury College website, produced in collaboration with photographer and cinematographer Bridget Besaw, and a Fieldwork Pictures production.
About a year ago, Middlebury decided to stop printing their viewbook, which was one of the school’s primary means of advertising to prospective students. These multimedia pieces, about the themes that define life at Middlebury College—Community, Academic Life, Student Life, Environment, and Worldview—were designed with that in mind, and are like a multimedia viewbook for prospective students. The pieces launched on the Middlebury College website, showcased on a page of their own, in late March, 2011.
